Paula Kiess has 20+ years of experience in senior management positions responsible for overseeing the financial and business operations of a firm, including: accounting, human resources, information technology, facilities, marketing and office services. Paula has worked in the legal industry for more than thirty-five years. She completed the Business Administration program at BCIT in 1999 and the Certified Human Resource Professional (CHRP) designation program in 2010. Paula is a past member of the British Columbia Legal Managers Association (BCLMA) and a current member of the BC Human Resource Association (BCHRMA). She served on the board of the BCLMA from the spring of 2000 to the spring of 2016.
